We Always Ship Our Products Via The United States Postal Service. Once
In Awhile We Will Have A Request To Send An Order Via UPS Or FedEx.
We Are Always Happy To Accomodate Your Requests. Please Note That
Shipping Products Via UPS Or FedEx Can Become Very Costly.

Insured Shipping Is Also Recommended. Although We Have Never
Encountered A Problem With Lost Or Damaged Parcels, We Will Not Be
Responsible For Any Uninsured Parcels That Are Lost Or Damaged.

2. How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?

Orders Are Processed ASAP In The Order It Is Received.  Please Allow At
Least 5 - 7 Business Days For Delivery. Once In Awhile We'll Get
Backlogged With Orders, Especially During The Holidays & The Week Prior
To Us Participating In A Convention. During These Periods, We May Need
A Few Extra Days To Process Your Order. Please Be Assured That We Do
Process Orders As Fast As We Can.


3. Are Your Exotic Specialty Papers Sent Rolled Or Folded?

We Usually Send Our Exotic Specialty Papers Rolled In A Tube. In Some
Cases When You Are Ordering One Or Two Sheets Of Paper, Its Harder
To Roll A Small Amount So In These Instances, We Will Send The Paper
Folded.


4. Do You Ever Have Sales On Your Products?

Yes! We Do Have Sales And Specials Once Or Twice A Month. The Only
Way To Take Advantage Of These Sales And Specials Is To Be On Our
E-mail List. If You Would Like To Be On Our E-mail List, Please Let Us
